These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlyConnect
mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by AppCurb Technologies
(“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do
not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old
and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use FlyConnect. By registering, you represent that:

• You are 16 or older
• You are employed in or affiliated with the aviation industry (pilot, flight attendant, ground crew, gate agent, TSA officer, or similar), OR you are registering a legitimate business account
• You will provide accurate registration information
• You have never been banned from FlyConnect

2. Eligibility

2.1 Account creation

You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

• Crew member:
  individual airline employees and contractors
• Business:
  restaurants, hotels, lounges, transport providers, and other aviation-adjacent businesses
• Admin:
  internal FlyConnect staff, created server-side only

2.3 Account creation

You may delete your account at any time via Settings !’ Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. See our Privacy Policy Section 4 for data retention details.

2.4 Account creation

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Impersonate another person
• Post content that violates our policies

3. User Content

3.1 Your ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, photos, messages, comments, events, promotions, trip entries).

3.2 License to FlyConnect

By posting content, you grant FlyConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/resizing only), distribute, and display your content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

3.3 License to FlyConnect

You are solely responsible for content you post. You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right
• Contains unsolicited commercial content, spam, or chain letters
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains software viruses or malicious code
• Shares the personal information of others without consent
• Depicts minors in sexual or otherwise inappropriate contexts
• Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal drug use
• Misrepresents aviation safety information

3.4 License to FlyConnect

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful. We may ban users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”)
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with FlyConnect’s security or infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app except as permitted by law
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) without our written permission
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Solicit login credentials from other users
• Engage in activities that could overload our servers

5. SafeCheck

SafeCheck is a voluntary feature to let you share your safety status with the FlyConnect community. It is not an emergency service.
In an actual emergency:

• Contact local emergency services (911 in the US, 112 in the EU, etc.)
• Contact your airline’s crew scheduling or emergency line
• Contact your country’s embassy when abroad FlyConnect makes no guarantee about response time to SafeCheck alerts.

6. Business Accounts

Business accounts may create promotions, events, and groups. By using a business account, you represent that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business
• All business information is accurate and not misleading
• Promotions comply with all applicable advertising laws
• You will honor any offers, discounts, or promises made in promotions We may suspend business accounts that post false, misleading, or predatory offers.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our content

The Service, including its design, code, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by AppCurb Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

7.3 DMCA notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to
dmca@flyconnect.app with:

• Your contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Description of the allegedly infringing material (URL or post ID)
• Statement of good-faith belief
• Statement under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, storage, analytics, and push notifications. By using the Service, you also agree to Firebase’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability or actions.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non
infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Defects will be corrected
• Content posted by other users is accurate or truthful
• Any connections or matches will lead to real-world relationships

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
AppCurb Technologies and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppCurb Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your:

• Use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party right, including IP, privacy, or publicity rights
• Content you post

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner or email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT JURISDICTION — e.g., the State of
Delaware, United States], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in [INSERT CITY, STATE/COUNTRY] under the rules of [INSERT ARBITRATION BODY — e.g., JAMS, AAA], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement or unauthorized access.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement:
  these Terms plus the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• Severability:
  if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect
• No waiver:
  our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment:
  you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
